It all started from my weight loss program. During the process, I just started eat veggiesꟷI didn't like them beforeꟷand take interest in learning about nutrition. From then, I have a habit of looking at the nutrition label and ingredients of food products before buying them. And believe me, a supermarket (especially organic) has become one of my favourite places to visit!

I really love traveling, discovering beautiful places and mouth-watering dishes wherever I go. However, it seems that my hobby of cooking came a little late. I enjoy watching videos of professional chefs cooking and plating foods exquisitely. I personally like eating foods which are made perfectly with "art" (I have a pretty high standard for food, really), so I am really curious about the culinary world and I want to learn how to cook and plate fine-dining style.

I believe that healthy dishes can also be appetizing and artsy. In this site I want to share tasty recipes that do not only satisfy your taste buds, but also nourish your body. That is the purpose I learn about nutrition and practice cooking: bring to life healthy food that everbody can enjoyꟷand do not forget the art! This is how I came up with this site's name: Nourishing Art.
It would be a great bliss for me if people would love and enjoy eating greens and wholefoodsꟷespecially those who initially do not like anything that "looks healthy". Trust me, they taste much more delicious than they look! Hope you give the recipes a try and enjoy!
